How do partners earn?
Woodcock AI is billed per camera per month. As a partner you buy at a reduced partner price and your customer pays the standard rate, so you keep the difference every month. Affiliate partners buy at 20% off the list price. Approved white label partners receive a 40% lifetime discount on recurring software licences.
What's the difference between Affiliate and White label?
The discount and the branding. Affiliate partners buy at 20% off the list price. Approved white label partners receive a 40% lifetime discount on recurring software licences, the customer remains theirs, and they can add custom branding and a fully branded app. The white label discount applies to recurring software licences only, not set-up or hardware.
Which detection classes can I sell?
Smoke and fire, intrusion, human, vehicle, PPE, fall and injury, violence and aggression, flood and water leak, animal, face, number plate and forklift detection, plus AI natural descriptions. Modules are billed per camera per month and can be combined on a single camera. Smoke and fire includes human and vehicle detection at no extra cost. Custom object detection is priced on request.
How is pricing worked out?
Per camera, per month, in GBP excluding VAT. Smoke and fire is on a tiered price list where the per-camera rate falls as the number of cameras on a site rises, from 1 to 10 cameras, with larger sites priced on request. Other modules have a flat per-camera monthly price. Cloud recording includes 30 days, with 60, 90 and 180 days available per camera per month and 365 days on application.
Do I need to set up the AI myself?
No. We configure the accounts, the analytics and the NVRs in the background, and we manage updates and tuning. There's no AI configuration or backend setup on site. You install the cameras as you normally would.
Cloud or Edge: which should I offer?
Cloud uses a secure Virtual NVR, so there's less on-site hardware to maintain. Edge runs alongside an on-site NVR for sites with limited or unreliable internet, keeping recording local. Edge per-camera rates are lower, and the NVR is a one-time purchase quoted separately.
Does it work with the customer's existing cameras?
Woodcock AI upgrades the site with a Virtual NVR and analytics layer without changing cameras or infrastructure. If you'd like us to check a particular site first, use the free site assessment.
Are there add-ons I can sell?
Yes. Support services such as health monitoring, offline alerts, managed updates and priority support are available, along with longer cloud recording retention. Set-up, surveys and hardware are quoted separately. Support services aren't in the calculator; we'll take you through them when you join.

It’s an AI assistant, not a person. If it can’t answer something, it’ll offer to get our team to follow up. Voice chats are handled by ElevenLabs, our voice provider, and transcripts are kept for 90 days. Privacy policy.
